Fresh, seasonal ingredients are always highlighted on a Nutmeg menu.

Ian's Fire blend adds a spicy kick and depth of flavor to Vegetarian Black Bean Chili.
You could be sitting next to the Mediterranean, enjoying a crisp glass of wine and Couscous Pilaf with Almonds, Golden Raisins and Za'atar.
Ian's Fire blend and buttermilk create the perfect marinade for this grown up version of Chicken Strips. Lemon Herb Dipping Sauce helps bring out the kid in you.
Vinegar Braised Bistro Chicken Thighs have just the right amount of red wine vinegar tang to make this dish is one of my all time favorites. You can pretend you're in Aix en Provence as you enjoy this savory dish at home. Bon appetit!
Chilled Chickpea-Tahini Soup is a delightful first course or luncheon item. Though it's vegan and gluten free, you'll just call it creamy deliciousness.
